Knife-cut noodles, also known as “dao xiao mian”, they are chewy wheat noodles suitable for soup noodles and stir fry dishes. They’re also popularly eaten in China with minced meat sauces, with plenty of red chilli and spring onions.

How to eat

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes, then drain. At this stage you can either add to a wok with stir-fried meat and vegetables, add straight into hot soup, or top with your choice of sauce.

Guideline: 8-minutes (al dente) / 12-minutes (medium) / 14-minutes (soft)

Storage Condition: Keep frozen at -18℃. Don’t not refreeze once thawed.
