Seasons' Spicy Bake Mix is unique mixture used for food seasoning in Asian cooking. They are basically dry ginger powder mixed with salt and some MSG. It is a mix of salt, spice, ginger, MSG, and corn starch in powdered form. This product is used as a salt based dry marinade rub. It works well with chicken meat.

How to eat

Salt-Baked Chicken

1. First clean and dry the whole chicken
2. Marinate the whole surface and inner cavity of chicken with two packs of spicy bake mix for 3 hours. ( use 30 minutes for chicken wings, and 20 minutes for drum stick)
3.Bake the chicken in oven at temperature of 250°F for 30 minutes
